From ensuring your home is viewing ready and staged to maximise its value, managing and conducting viewings ideal if your selling via an on-line agent or absence owner to an array of bespoke services subject to individual clients requirements. I'm always happy to work along side your estate agent to ensure a successful , quick and profitable sale for my clients.

As small independent company I keep my fees affordable relative to the local market. As each clients requirements are bespoke fees are charged on an individual basis.
For buying my fee structure includes :-
Initial Retainer Fee
Initial retainer fee payable on instruction and fully deducted from the final success fee.
Property Search Buying Success Fee
Success fee is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price. 50% is payable upon exchange of contracts and 50% is payable upon completion. Fees include: Initial meetings with client, Extensive property search, Property shortlist viewings with client, Support in negotiation of purchase price as required, Overseeing conveyancing through to receiving keys to your chosen property, Moving support as required.
